Upcycling Process

• Replaced deteriorated underarm elastics affected by dry rot

• Replaced straps and hardware using deadstock materials

• Repaired and secured loose pearl strands

• Added adjustable elastic back construction using deadstock elastics

• Attached reclaimed curtain rings sourced from discarded materials

• Restored the garment’s structure and wearability while preserving its original character
